home isn't determined by birth or nature
but by relationships that carry us through
the adventures we face with hope or fear,
the unknowns that awake in morning dew.
aurora, moonglow, and sunny light beam:
the shine of friendship guides us through the gloom.
it's the seal that gathers life at its seams.
it's the rich earth allowing flowers to bloom,
building off bouquets of childhood friends
with connections added, notes to mend,
each blossom another hand we extend
a colorful garland through the end
aurora, sunlight, the evening's moonglow
friendships like beacons of light that we know
